Tehran - Iran's new foreign minister, Dr Kamal Kharazi, said yesterday he is open to any meetings with his EU counterparts in a bid to improve strained relations. "We have no problem in meeting," Dr Kharazi said when asked about the possibility of meeting a troika of EU foreign ministers on the sidelines of a UN General Assembly meeting in New York. "We have not yet received such a proposal, but we have no problem in meeting them," Dr Kharazi said.
