New Delhi - A Delhi judge yesterday ordered the Indian government to summon the media magnate, Mr Rupert Murdoch, to appear in a court for broadcasting allegedly "obscene" films on his Star TV network.
The judge said the External Affairs Ministry must ensure the summons reached him, and fixed next Tuesday as the date for his presence in court. A similar summons issued in September was not sent after police claimed they did not have Mr Murdoch's address.
