An application for attachment and committal of the Irish Independent editor, Mr Vincent Doyle, the newspaper's health correspondent, Eilish O'Regan, the chief executive of Independent Group Newspapers, Mr Liam Healy, and the sequestration of the group's assets, for contempt of court in relation to the Baby A case has been adjourned until the new law term in October.
Mr Kevin Feeney SC, for the Irish Independent, which disclosed a number of names in breach of a High Court order, told Mr Justice Budd yesterday undertakings in relation to future non-disclosure of any information which might tend to identify the baby or its mother would remain in place until the hearing.
