The Health Service Executive (HSE) has confirmed it is investigating the death of a patient in a psychiatric ward at Kerry General Hospital.
The HSE said no comment would be made as the case is the subject of a coroner's investigation.
It is believed the man was found dead on Monday, April 7th.
