House prices in Northern Ireland rose sharply during the second quarter of this year, according to a new survey

House prices in Northern Ireland rose sharply during the second quarter of this year, according to a new survey. The report, by the University of Ulster, shows the average price of a home went up by £3,500 to £69,660 sterling between April and June. The increase over a 12-month period now stands at more than 10 per cent.
