A new guide to support services for unemployed people and lone parents who wish to take up work was launched yesterday by the Minister for Social Welfare, Mr De Rossa. Getting Back to Work is published by the National Social Services Board and sets out eight incentives under which a person can receive a payment from the State on top of wages.
