An action taken by a goldsmith alleging unfair dismissal by Weir & Sons jewellers in Dublin has been settled at the High Court.
Ms Martina Keating (32), a goldsmith and gemologist, of St Laurence Road, Chapelizod, Dublin, had alleged she was unfairly dismissed less than a month after starting work with the company.
