Aston Villa's David Ginola has been charged with misconduct by the English FA over an incident during the 2-0 home defeat by Leicester City on Saturday.
Ginola had been sent off by referee Steve Bennett after kicking out at Leicester's Dennis Wise when the Frenchman had a bust-up with fourth official Clive Wilkes on the touchline.
Ginola already faces a three-match ban for the sending off for violent conduct but could now see that doubled over the misconduct charge.
