Gardaí have issued a description of a man they would like to interview in connection with a serious sexual assault on a woman in Dublin earlier this week.
The woman was attacked in her home in Dundrum, south Dublin, on Monday, March 31st.
The man gardaí wish to speak to is described as being about 40; about five feet, eight inches in height; and of average or slim build.
He is described as being unkempt looking, with a full head of dark, graying wavy hair and a slight moustache with possibly two days growth of beard.
He was wearing a light coloured, possibly beige, short zip style jacket; blue shirt; lilac tie, navy slacks and dark shoes.
He was also wearing unusual dark-blue framed, very large round ill-fitting glasses. Gardaí suspect they may have been worn as a disguise.
He spoke with a mild Dublin accent.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Incident room at Dundrum Garda Station at 01-6665611, the Garda Confidential line at 1800-666111 or any Garda station.
