The Garda has issued an appeal for witnesses following the murder of a Lithuanian national in Dublin last weekend.

Gardai investigating the murder of Mr Andrius Zakarauskas are looking to speak with two taxi drivers who were stopped in the Texaco Service Station on the Howth Road, Raheny at 2.30 a.m. last Saturday.

The first taxi is a green Skoda Octavia and the second is described as a navy hatchback.

The drivers are asked to ring Fitzgibbon Street Garda Station on 1800 218 219 or 6668400.
