A man accused of attacking two Clondalkin schoolgirls was again remanded in custody when he appeared at Kilmainham District Court yesterday. The 25-year-old Clondalkin man is charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl on January 12th last and with raping a 12-year-old girl on March 16th last. He is also charged with falsely imprisoning both girls.
Judge Gillian Hussey was told that the DPP had still not received the file on the case. She remanded the defendant in custody until June 9th.
