A Swiss national charged with a £290,000 fraud offence was remanded in custody at Bandon District Court yesterday. Mr Richard Duetsch (41), of Glendale House, Lacknacummer, Belgooly, Co Cork, is charged with receiving £290,000 belonging to Ms Marguerite Kummin and fraudulently converting it to his own use between October 24th, 1995, and April 30th, 1996. He will appear in court on April 3th.
