A flower-seller who has sold flowers outside a Dublin cemetery for 25 years has secured leave from the High Court to take legal proceedings against the owners of the cemetery after being requested to enter into a licence agreement.

Ms Patty O'Connor (45), Oliver Bond House, Dublin, was given leave by Mr Justice Kearns to bring proceedings against the General Cemetery Company of Dublin, the owners of Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harolds Cross, Dublin.
