Moscow - The Lubyanka, which houses the state security service, was on fire early this morning and fire fighters were evacuating people from the building, Itar-Tass news agency reported. It quoted a police spokesman as saying the fire had started in an office on the second floor and had spread through the floor.
"The FSB [state security] personnel are being evacuated from windows and down ladders of fire engines," Itar-Tass reported.
