A file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) over the fatal bus crash on Dublin's Wellington Quay in February.

The file was compiled after gardaí arrested and questioned a man on Saturday. He was released without charge.

Five people were killed when an out-of-service bus apparently ran out of control and onto the footpath at Wellington Quay at about 1.30 p.m. on Saturday, February 21st.

It passed a No. 66 bus on the inside and struck a group of pedestrians who were boarding the 66 bus to travel to Lucan, Co Dublin.
