A 16 year old girl has been ordered by Judge Cyril Kelly to stay away from her admitted boyfriend, Luigi Felloni, and reside with her mother while on remand for sentence on a heroin charge.
She has also been ordered to sign on at Coolock Gardai Station daily until her sentenced hearing at Dublin Circuit Crimnal Court on July 29th She pleaded guilty earlier toe having heroin for supply on April 14th, 1996.
Last week she confirmed to, Judge Kelly she was Luigi Felloni's girlfriend. Judge Kelly told her she was in breach of her bail bond by associating, with him in the court when he was remanded in custody for sentence on October 10th next on drugs charges.
