BILBAO - The Basque guerrilla group ETA said that it was pleased overall with the effects of a week long truce which expired last Monday. But three guerrillas, in a rare interview with the radical Basque daily Egin, said the government's response prevented ETA from extending the truce. The government had denounced the truce as insincere because ETA still holding a Basque officer hostage.
