Keeping active in your retirement

The Federation of Active Retirement Associations has over 160 affiliated associations, with 13,500 members throughout the State. Membership of active retirement groups is open to those aged over 55 whose day is no longer fully taken up by employment. Groups engage in all sorts of activities, from bridge, music and cards to keep-fit, yoga and swimming.
