A team from University College Cork has emerged as the overall winner of the 17th Enterprise Ireland Student awards. The seven-member team of BSc food business and BSc food technology students developed the winning product, Carraig Cliona - a cooked and cured salmon ham - as part of a project undertaken in their final year.
