Staying with things decorative, a certificate course in decorative arts run by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers begins on February 6th and runs two nights a week for 15 weeks. The course is designed to give those with an interest in fine arts an insight into the history of furniture, architecture, ceramics, silver, paintings and glass.
