A Co Dublin lorry driver has been ordered by the High Court to release by noon today a cargo required for the back-to-school market. Mr Maurice Coffey, counsel for a Dublin hauliers, Orchid Transport Ltd, of Finglas, Dublin, told Mr Justice Shanley that a driver, Mr Joe Hughes, of Holywood, Rath, Clonsilla, had withheld delivery of the goods as part of a dispute over delivery fees.
