Donegal Creameries posted an increased first-half pretax profit today.
The Irish dairy group reported pretax profit of €4.5 million compared with €3.2 million a year ago.
Revenue rose to €61.2 million versus €57.4 million year earlier. Results for the comparable period have been restated.
Donegal Creameries said its agribusiness results are highly dependent on the last quarter for the seed potato business, adding that the outlook at this stage is positive.
