Additional flights linking Knock and Derry to Dublin are set to begin in the New Year, the Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, has confirmed.

The early, daily flights from mid-January will operate with a minimum capacity for 30 passengers.

Tenders from air carriers are being examined by the Department for these routes, as well as existing connections from Donegal, Sligo, Galway and Kerry to Dublin.
