Debate move on Gibraltar

Madrid - The Spanish Foreign Minister, Mr Abel Matutes, said yesterday that Britain had for the first time agreed to discuss Gibraltar's sovereignty during what he called "serious conversations" on the colony. Sovereignty had not been rejected outright, he said, adding that the issue was subject to some clarifications at London's request.
