JERUSALEM Israel's High Court will rule on Sunday on requests by opposition legislators that the Prime Minister, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu, be indicted for fraud and breach and trust, a court spokesman said yesterday.
The court heard arguments in a 13-hour session last month. Police had recommended that both Mr Netanyahu and the Justice Minister, Mr Tzachi Hanegbi, be charged with fraud and breach of trust in the short-lived appointment of a lawyer, Mr Roni Bar-On, as attorney-general in January.
