An engineer has been denied leave by the High Court to challenge the refusal of the Censorship of Publications Board to consider his complaint that the Examiner should be banned for allegedly carrying advertisements for "adult massage".
Giving judgment yesterday, Mr Justice Smyth refused leave to Dr Michael Grimes, of Cork, to seek judicial review of the board's decision of November 6th last.
