Staff at ICT Europe's Belmullett office are concerned about job losses with senior management arriving on Monday to speak with them.
The customer service and business processing company refused to comment on the visit but it is understood senior management from the US were to visit the site on Monday to speak with staff.
The company employs 140 people and is the town's largest employer.
