Judgment was reserved yesterday in the Belfast re-trial of Paratrooper Cpl Lee Clegg for the murder of Ms Karen Reilly (18)

Judgment was reserved yesterday in the Belfast re-trial of Paratrooper Cpl Lee Clegg for the murder of Ms Karen Reilly (18). She was shot dead along with Mr Martin Peake (17) when Clegg and members of his patrol opened fire on a stolen car on September 30th, 1990.

Reserving his judgment Mr Justice Kerr said he hoped it could be given "within a matter of weeks".
