Santiago - Chile plans to review "all its relations" with Spain, including economic agreements, after Madrid refused to a request to move the trial of former dictator Gen Augusto Pinochet out of Spain, Foreign Minister Juan Gabriel Valdes said yesterday
Mr Valdes said at a news conference that Chile might recall its ambassador from Madrid and is considering bringing its case to the International Court of Justice at The Hague.
