Facilities should be provided at coroner's courts for relatives waiting for inquests on family members, says Senator Dan Neville, Fine Gael's deputy Seanad leader.

"I am very unhappy at the treatment of suicide bereaved at the coroners' hearings," he said in a statement. "They often have to stand around in a crowded, cold courtroom listening to the other tragedies before they hear the evidence of the circumstances of the death of their loved one."
