A North Belfast Sinn Fein councillor, Mr Gerard Brophy, has called on the Orange Order to "end its siege of the Garvaghy Road". "The Orange Order must enter into a process of dialogue with the Garvaghy Road residents. This dialogue can only succeed in an atmosphere free from intimidation and violence," said Mr Brophy.
