PARIS - Algeria, fighting a vicious war against Islamic fundamentalist guerrillas, attacked Britain yesterday for allowing Islamist groups to meet in London. The Islamist gathering, due to be held in London on September 8th, has provoked concern in several other Arab countries, including Egypt which is also fighting armed Muslim fundamentalists.
