The ATGWU today accepted the recommendation of the Labour Court to cease industrial action against British Midland at Dublin Airport.
The Minister for Labour Affairs Mr Tom Kitt welcomed the decision by the ATGWU to accept the decision.
Commenting on the decision Ms Jill Nealon Director of Personnel at British Midland said the company would resume normal services at the airport as soon as possible.
