Philippines - A homemade bomb killed at least 10 people and injured 43 as they had dinner in a downtown food court in southern Philippine city of Zamboanga, officials said yesterday.
It was not immediately known who was behind the bomb blast on Mindanao island, where there have been several incidents of separatist violence in recent weeks. Threats were made prior to the blast, and there were no claims of responsibility immediately after, officials said.
