Two 16-year-old youths charged with murdering a man in Finglas last year were granted bail of £1,000 each in the High Court yesterday.
The youths had earlier appeared in the Dublin Children's Court charged with the murder of Brian Fitzpatrick (43) at Clune Road on November 28th, 1998. Mr Fitzpatrick was beaten and died three days later in hospital.
Their bail was put up by the parent of one boy and the grandparent of the other. They were remanded on bail to appear again in the Children's Court on Tuesday.
