LA PAZ - At least 67 Bolivians were killed yesterday in incidents blamed on the El Nino weather pattern with 40 killed when a mudslide hit a goldmine and 27 died when a bus plunged off a cliff in thick fog.President Hugo Banzer declared an emergency and the US Drug Enforcement Agency sent three helicopters to help the rescue at the mudslide in the jungle town of Mocotoro, in mountains 100 km north of the capital La Paz.
