IT will take a week to hear the case against a man facing 21 charges of indecently assaulting 11 males between 1963 and 1982, Drogheda District Court was told yesterday. The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty. Judge Flann Brennan was told the man's legal team had instigated High Court proceedings seeking an order of prohibition. The judge said his colleague Judge Connellan had accepted jurisdiction in the matter and he should deal with it. He adjourned the matter to June 13th.
