London Irish have made five changes to their pack for Sunday's Zurich Premiership clash at Leeds.

The Exiles, who suffered an injury time 24-22 defeat against Bath last weekend, will be without ankle injury victim Chris Sheasby at Headingley.

Declan Danaher takes over from Sheasby in the number eight role, and another back-row switch sees flanker James Cockle replacing Paul Gustard.

Irish have also rotated their entire front-row, with Mike Worsley, Richard Kirke and Rob Hardwick all handed starting roles. Neal Hatley, Naka Drotske and Simon Halford drop out.

Behind the scrum, injured centre Rob Hoadley is replaced by Irish international Justin Bishop.
