The popular Jonjo O'Neill trained chaser was given a positive ride by the Champion Jockey in the three runner race where dual Cheltenham Festival winner Master Minded was sent off the 2-5 favourite.

Ruby Walsh was content to stalk his principal market rival but Master Minded put in a couple of sticky jumps as the race began in earnest and the writing was soon on the wall for the eight year old.

Outsider of three Pure Faith briefly loomed large at the last fence but Albertas Run still had plenty in reserve and was good value for the winning margin of a length.
