An Albanian was charged yesterday with the murder of a security guard at a Dublin fast-food restaurant last June. Mr Affrim Xhaja (21), of no fixed address, is accused of murdering Liam Martin from Carlow at Abrakebabra, Upper O'Connell Street, on June 17th. Mr Xhaja replied: "I didn't do it" when charged yesterday. He has been in custody for three months accused of causing grievous bodily harm to another security man, Mr Brjka Hota, a Bosnian national, on the same date.
