The Taoiseach will meet the North's First Minister at Government Buildings in Dublin this morning in a final round of talks with Northern politicians before a British general election.
Mr Ahern and Mr Trimble will discuss paramilitary weapons, police reform, demilitarisation and the operation of the North's political institutions. The meetings aim to narrow the agenda to a few key problems which could be resolved quickly before the North's marching season starts.
