An application for an order opposing the injunction that blocked disciplinary proceedings against Aer Lingus chief executive Mr Michael Foley was adjourned in the High Court today.

The interlocutory application was adjourned until Wednesday pending consideration of five affidavits delivered to counsel for Mr Foley by Aer Lingus.
An Aer Lingus board sub-committee upheld two allegations against Mr Foley he sexually harassed two female employees. Mr Foley denies the allegations.
Last Thursday he secured an interim injunction that restrained the company from taking any further disciplinary action until such time as the injunction against it was lifted.
