An 80-year-old man has been killed after he was struck by a car in Co Cavan this evening.
80-year-old dies on Cavan roadHe was a pedestrian when he was hit at New Inns, Ballyjamesduff at around 6 p.m.
His body has been removed to Cavan General hospital for post mortem.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
