An investment management services company has secured almost €1

An investment management services company has secured almost €1.7 million judgment orders against a company and a doctor arising from the closure of the private Cork Medical Centre.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly granted summary judgment for almost €1.7 million to Davycrest Nominees against Dr Joseph Sheehan arising from an indemnity over loan notes issued in October 2010 by Davycrest.

The notes were issued to Sheehan Medical Ltd, registered at Burlington Road, Dublin, on behalf of two clients for whom Davycrest provides pension- related services.
