The British charity The President’s Club is to close after an exposé in the Financial Times, detailing the harassment of hostesses at an event it held at the Dorchester hotel in London.

A journalist working undercover at the black-tie men-only gala last Thursday reported that hostesses, who were instructed to wear skimpy black outfits, were subjected to sexism, groped and degraded at the event.

On the latest episode of the Women’s Podcast, Kathy Sheridan is joined by Irish Examiner columnist Alison O’Connor and comedian Tara Flynn to give their views on what happened at the Dorchester.
