Anyone thinking of giving the gift of property this Christmas could snap up a Ballsbridge mews house for £650,000 (€825,000).

New to the market this week, the four-bedroom house at 48 Raglan Lane in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is for sale by private treaty through Gunne Residential.
