ABOUT £1.95 million is being sought for a modern warehouse and cold-store plant of 90,500 square feet on an eight-acre site at Bannow Road, Cabra, Dublin 7. The unit is owned by Autozero Ltd, which is consolidating its operation at its 120,000-square-foot plant at Tallaght, Dublin 24.
Philip Corballis, of Elliott and FitzGerald, said the price quoted equates to £21.55 per square foot. The plant was suitable for either warehousing, distribution or manufacturing or for sub-division in a number of units. The building is divided into three main sections, which are in turn sub-divided. About three acres of the site remain open for development. There is a prefabricated, detached office block on the site and a two-storey office within the loading area. The loading bay is 63 feet long.
