Units in Sandyford business park available

SHERRY FitzGerald has begun marketing the first phase of a new commercial development at Bracken Business Park in the Sandyford Industrial Estate in south Dublin. Three new office buildings with a total of 22,500 square feet will be ready for occupation next month. They are to be let in units from 1,260 square feet a rent of £13 per square foot. The agents said they were already in discussions with a number of potential tenants who were keen to locate in Sandyford alongside companies such as Microsoft and AIB Finance. Bracken Business Park will be the sixth development in Sandyford to be handled by promoters Pat Ryan and David Colgan.
