THE industrial holding company, Unidare, has moved its headquarters to Rich view Office Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, where it has rented a newly-completed office block.
The company is paying a rent of slightly over £13 per square foot for 8,000 square feet. The 25-year lease provides for a break clause in the 10th year.
Flynn and O'Flaherty, the Richview developers, is building two further office blocks of 8,000 and 10,000 square feet which are available for letting at £14 per square foot through Sherry FitzGerald.
