Electrical goods retailer Electric World has leased a retail unit of 13,000 sq ft formerly occupied by Atlantic at Omnipark shopping centre in Santry, Dublin 9. The UK multiple will be paying a rent of £175,000 under a long lease. It recently opened another outlet at Blanchardstown Retail Park. Jones Lang LaSalle are agents for the shopping centre and Colliers Jackson Stops advised Electric World.
